How delivery works

After the required assessment responses are complete and payment is successfully verified, the purchased report is made available online in the same browser session. Couple reports may also depend on both partners completing their responses.

Expected timing

Personal reports are normally available immediately after successful payment verification. Couple reports are normally available once payment is verified and both responses are complete. Internet, payment-network or service interruptions can occasionally delay access.

No shipping charges

No physical product is shipped and no delivery fee is charged. Any applicable amount is displayed before payment.

If access does not arrive

Keep your Razorpay payment ID and contact support. We will restore access, correct the delivery issue, or provide an eligible refund under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
