What we collect

We may collect details you provide, including your name or contact details, relationship stage, assessment answers, answer importance and flexibility, expectations about a partner, and partner-invite information. We may also receive basic device, usage, analytics, payment-status and transaction-reference information.

Why we use it

We use this information to run the assessment, create personal or couple reports, connect invited partners, provide support, prevent misuse, improve the experience, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Couple reports and partner visibility

If you choose the couple experience, information from both participants is used to create the shared report. That report may compare answers, expectations and areas for conversation. Only invite someone you trust and expect them to see the resulting shared insights.

Storage, analytics and payments

During preview or demo use, assessment progress may be stored in your browser. In production, information may also be stored securely with our hosting and database providers. With your permission, Google Analytics and PostHog may receive limited usage events such as pages visited and assessment progress. We do not send assessment answers or report text to these analytics services. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or OTP.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, dispute resolution, security and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy grievance. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate dispute and fraud prevention.

Age and security

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not include financial passwords, government identifiers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive details in free-text fields.
